I look up to the mountains—does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made the heavens and the earth! He will not let you stumble and fall; the one who watches over you will not sleep. Indeed, he who watches over Israel never tires and never sleeps. The Lord himself watches over you! The Lord stands beside you as your protective shade. The sun will not hurt you by day, nor the moon at night. The Lord keeps you from all evil and preserves your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever. Psalm 121
I am excited to know that the Lord is calling for the establishment of the watches. Psalm 121 blessed my heart to be reminded that the Lord watches over us. The scripture lets us know that he does not slumber nor sleep. He never gets tired of watching over us and He does not sleep. Again, it’s a blessing to know that the Almighty God watches over us. He is there protecting us even when we do not realize He is there protecting and shielding us from danger and harm. He even protects us in a manner that even the elements will not harm us. He protects us even from witchcraft and darkness that is sent out against us. He watches over us in our comings and goings. He watches over us in our travels. He is our Lord.
I believe if you can catch the revelation of Psalm 121 that the God who created us is still watching over us you will not make any more excuses about not being able to pray at the SET TIME. He even gives His angels charge over us.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for protecting, guarding and watching over our lives. I thank you Lord for the peace of God resting on us now because Jehovah Shalom is on watch. I thank you for protecting us from the elements, for protecting us from the enemy, for shading us from harm. I thank you Lord for those big angels that are now standing on our left and right providing protection. I thank you Lord that you are the God that never sleeps. I shake myself on today that from this day forward sleep will not be a reason for not getting on the prayer wall. I loose myself from all other excuses for not committing to pray on the wall consistently.
We are now in a season of WATCHING.
The watchman anointing is upon us. To watch means to look out, to peer into the distance, to investigate or get a new scope on something, to see an approaching danger and warn those endangered.
And there stood a watchman on the tower in Jezreel, and he spied the company of Jehu as he came, and said, I see a company. And Jo’ram said, Take an horseman, and send to meet them, and let him say, Is it peace? So there went one on horseback to meet him, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Je’hu said, What hast thou to do with peace? Turn thee behind me. And the watchman told, saying, The messenger came to them, but he cometh not again.
We at International Prayer Network II are apostolic and prophetic watchman. We are called to watch over the United States and other nations. At this time, our domain or region is the 10/40 window. The 10/40 window is the least evangelized portion of the world. We are currently focused in on Afghanistan and the surrounding region. We are set to war in the heavenlies for salvation to come to the nations. In order to effectively watch and guard, those who are connecting with us must understand war and what it means to watch because people’s souls and lives are on the line. I want to let you know that watching on this level requires sacrifice. Are you ready to sacrifice for the cause? We are honored to have military personnel and civilians who understand war that are putting their lives on the line everyday connected with IPN II.
International Prayer Network II is instituting this process to build an army for the kingdom of God that will stand in the gap for nations and will help usher souls into the kingdom of God. IPN II is now building Alpha & Omega a mighty force of apostolic and prophetic intercessors that will shift nations and do exploits in the kingdom of God.
Understanding Is Key
Terms for Watchman
1. Shaqad (to be alert) – to be wakeful, so you can see either for good or evil. Jeremiah 31:28 And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the Lord. It is important to note that we watch for what is good or evil. The Lord will allow us to know when to build and when to tear down.
2. Shamar (to protect) – many mean a day or night watch; there was a guard over the King’s House. 2 Kings 11:7 And two parts of all you that go forth on the Sabbath, even they shall keep the watch of the house of the Lord about the king.
3. Tsaphah (to lean forward) – to peer into the distance, to observe, await—behold, espy, look up, wait for, keep the watch.
4. Natsar (to guard) – in a good sense or a bad one (to conceal); besieged, hidden thin, keep, monument, observe, preserve, watcher or watchman.
5. Shomrah (watch for restraint) Psalm 141:3 Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
6. Gregoreuo (to keep awake, to watch) – to take heed, unless through neglect, passivity, and indolence one be led to forsake Christ. Matthew 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. I must encourage you not to let the fleshly desires keep you from completing the command to watch and pray. Your spirit desires to pray but the sinful nature of the flesh fights against you. I encourage you not be tricked by the flesh but put the flesh under subjection.
7. Nepho (to abstain from wine, be sober) – to be calm and collected in the spirit; to be temperate. I Thessalonians 5:6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. You should not be caught sleeping when you should be watching and guarding. In the natural, if you are caught sleeping on the job you are fired. On the battlefield, if the enemy catches you sleeping you die. I would rather die fighting than to die because I fell asleep on post.
8. Koustodia; Mishmereth (to guard) – a Roman sentry, one of the soldiers who guarded the tomb of the Lord. Matthew 27:65-66 Pilate said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can. So they went, and made the sepulcher sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch. In this kingdom army, all of you have a watch that you are assigned to man. The key is making sure you are on the right watch.
9. Ashmurah, Ashmoreth, Phulake (a division of the night) – The night was originally divided into 3 watches Judges 7:19 and later into 4 Mt. 14:25 and Mark 6:48. The fourfold division was according to the Roman system.
It is my prayer that you will take the next several days and study this material and gain a better understanding of what it means to watch and pray. I will be teaching you all about the 4 night watches and how it pertains to International Prayer Network II. At the end of the teaching, we will establish the night watches.
I need to hear from each of you which watch you can help man. Here are the 4 watch choices:
Evening 6pmEST to 9pmEST
Midnight 9pmEST to 12AMEST
Breaking of a Day (Cockcrowing) 12AMEST to 3AM EST

The watches will run Monday thru Thursday and the sessions will be recorded. I need for each of you to email us and let us know which watch you can help man and if any of you would like to be a General or Lieutenant over a particular watch please indicate that in the email.
